Man, I am glad I live in Del Rio which is about 150 miles west of San Antonio. We will probably get some rain and maybe tornados. I haven't seen too many people this far west, but it would be a good place to hole up. Rita fucked up my vacation plans, me and DJ (my boyfriend) were supposed to fly out of Houston today to go to England, but our flight was canceled due to the storm. The next available flight was on Tuesday afternoon going out of San Antonio which would have cost us an extra 100 dollars for gas money plus another 100 for long term parking. We just canceled our trip and got a refund. Good news is that I have an extra 700 dollars now and I am going to go buy We Love Katamari. Keep safe you guys and I will be praying for you.

Yeah, McAllen's roads are total chaos even in good weather. I once tried to leave McAllen once and nearly killed 50 people who don't know to get out of the road when a car's coming....

The storm is still heading right for our area. There is a weather channel guy in Sulphur right now. I really think Lake Charles & Sulphur are gonna get pretty fucked up. Damn I hope Our houses come out OK.
