How many times do all of you stop when you are driving down a road with no one else around and you come across someone who has been in an accident and bleeding out on the ground?

That is not against the law.

Um yes it is, I've seen people hanging out of the window barely alive after an accident, and yet people still just drove by expecting someone else to call the police. If was wasn't on the otherside of the road I would have went, and helped.

Seeing someone die is somewhat unreal, I remember this video once of a security camera catching this dude shoot himself in the mouth after a tearful goodbye with his girlfriend outside of an elevator.

She walks in the elevator, the door closes, and the guy doesn't hesitate to whip out his gun and shoot himself right out the back of his neck. He falls to the floor like a sack of potatoes like that.
