It's a shame the crowd couldn't have been more detailed.
Personally, I'd rather have everything in the game look just good than have the players look amazing and the rest look mediocre.

Okay...as the only person here who actually plays NBA 2K (as far as I'm aware) all I have to say is the same thing all you guys said - DAAYYUMMM!!! That looks freaking incredible! I was gonna get the current version this week, but after seeing that trailer, I might just hold off until the end of November.

The trailer from E3 was pretty underwhelming, what a difference a few lighting & filtering effects make! It looks alot nicer than the 360 NBA Live stuff they've let out - the real thing, not the mockup shots/trailers they released over the summer.

Man, I can't wait...I'm gonna line Bosh up at the 3 just so I can dunk on Vince's head in glorious HD detail. As I always say, even if you don't care about sports/the NBA this series is totally worth getting into because it has as much depth as any street fighter game and is just damn fun when you're up against someone else who knows how to play; mind games galore. I hope this makes launch day.

Even zoomed out i'm betting there is going to be a huge difference playing this game in 1080i on my HDTV. Maybe not individual beads of sweat, but the level of detail in the models alone will make a huge difference imo.

the animation has always been terrible since this leap to 3d. i dont see why they spend millions on mo-capping when it still looks like garbage.
