Wow, that's an amazing deal.
As for the joystick, the only disadvantage is that it doesn't come with a communicator port, so you can't trashtalk in LIVE fighting games (which really is where it's at). You will have to mod the joystick with authentic arcade parts to really make it worthwhile, but since the stick is $20, it's really affordable to do the mod.
If you do decide to get the joystick and go the mod route, your only problem is that this joystick does not fit Happ parts (joystick and buttons brand used in U.S. arcade machines). You'll need to order Sanwa parts (which are used in Japan arcade machines). Search around shoryuken.com forums to find some good places that offer Sanwa parts.
