This isn't the biggest one I've seen in my house, its just the biggest one I've taken a picture of.
These things are all over Maryland. I hate them. I wake up and they're sitting on my chest staring at me and shit.

In Florida, we get these gargantuan-ass grasshoppers that are a good three to four inches in length. They are nasty big, but suprisingly, they don't bother me all that much. The bugs that gross me out the most are maggots, or anything resembling them. I also hate grubs, the ones with red heads and white bodies. In Florida, those things get fairly large as well, and they are nasty as fuck.
Nasty-ass grub. The site I got it from says they grow to about an inch, but I've seen them go to almost two inches, and super fat.
Big-ass grasshopper. I've seen bigger.
I loved grubs as a boy. Me and a few other boys would dig around the roots of a tree on the play ground to find them back in KG. Come to think of it, I liked most bugs as a child. The only ones I hated where ones that bite or sting.
