When are they going to make pot legal? Couldn't we like make it legal, and sale it in stores and tax the shit out of it and use the tax money to pay for schools?

Don't expect it legal in america for at least like 70 years. Basically I figure all the old people of now need to die off, and when the young people of today cycle through and become the old people it might have a chance. By that time so many people will have smoked pot that it won't be a matter any more.

I just got put on probation for three years for some stupid drunken bullshit that I pulled last spring. Fortunately, only six months of it is supervised, but it sure is gonna suck not smoking any green for that long. Iv'e had friends on probation for years that never had to piss test, but I don't think I'm gonna risk going to jail if I get high. Anyone else ever had to deal with this shit?

I'm pretty sure marijuana is decriminalized up to a certain amount in both England and Canada. If you think it should be legal and wanna get even more pissed off that it's not, read the first essay of Reefer Madness by Eric Shclosser.

BTW, I didn't mean for it to sound like I was complaining about being put on probation. I actually feel really lucky that I didn't get incarcerated. Legal trouble really isn't nearly as bad as losing some good friends over the whole drunken debacle.
