Went into detail on this in the haul thread but....
This TE stick has completely changed my game. Seth is a breeze now, and where throughout my life i've always had trouble reliably doing things as simple as Hadoukens, now I can easily pull off any move at any time with just a minute or so of practice. I've never owned a stick in my life and have practically no arcade experience, yet right away with this thing I'm playing much better than I ever have with a pad. i may start getting technical with fighters for the first time ever.
