Yeah that happened with my SE sometimes. Annoying but not a big deal. Hopefully it's unrelated to the PCB dying.
Also, WTF@ the tiny screws on the back of the TE. Now I have to find a smaller screwdriver to open it up.
I've had buttons on the TE stop working (medium and roundhouse, if I'm playing with the American layout, which I do), seems to start working again if I unplug the stick and plug it back in. It's happened twice out of 100 matches, so I just assume something was loose. Opened it up since and tightened everything down, haven't seen it since.

Your mom is super easy.

Cool beans.
Though, I'm pretty sure playing Marvel with Japanese parts is blasphemy of some sort.
What was the issue with the start button?
For anyone that has opened their TE stick:
If I open from the top (hex screws), will Madcatz be able to tell that I've opened it? I want to keep it stock until the warranty is up in case I have pcb/button issues, but I'd also really like to plug up the gray buttons. Also it actually looks quite a bit nicer in person than I thought it would. Really glad I grabbed one of these.
After doing the Agetec mod I know I'll be able to deal with any issues down the road myself, but if it fucks itself up within 3 months I want Madcatz to have to fix it.
