I think the templates you find on SRK have the proper resolution and Kinkos just opens them in Photoshop so it should be fine.
Now as far as the Kinko's guy not kicking you out when he opens the file and it's Lemon Party, I cannot guarantee...

Also I hear they're sometimes faggots about printing out copyrighted characters & shit but you'll probably be alright.

I need an image for my TE stick and am having a hard time finding one of Hawkeye, Strider Hiryu, or Yun that fits well. Any ideas?

Fucking SRK doesn't have a search within thread option. Kinda makes all of those gigantic stick-art/character-art threads useless. Not to mention every old link is now busted.

The Strider one at the bottom of this page is pretty good
