My brother and I would go apeshit on each other with the Nerf Bow and Arrow.
It was even a good blunt object, too.

When I lived on a military base with my mom and dad, me and a group of neighbor kids had gun fights with BB-guns around the neighborhood.All ghetto style and shit. Of course, a couple of cracked windows,hospital visits,and the inquisitive Military Police kind of put a stop to that. Soon after our guns were taken away, we cut the tops off of orange juice jugs and wrapped small balloons around the outside of them. When you putt BB's in the balloon, pinched the rear and stretched the balloon back you'd have a dangerous BB-flinging slingshot weapon. I was accurate as fuck with those things.Good times.

But, yeah, after reading that article I have to laugh. Since when are nerf guns that shoot foam balls dangerous? If a cop cant discern the difference between a bright blue futuristic looking nerf gun or an even funkier looking nerf missile launcher and a real one ,and he shoots some naked white kid running around with camo-make-up on then he doesnt need to be wearing that badge.

Bow and Arrow was amazing. I had such a huge collection...that my mom trashed when we moved in 9th grade. Like 40 guns here, including the belt-fed chaingun. I was so pissed.

I'm suprised no one has mentioned airsoft yet. Airsoft is better than nerf in almost every way besides the fact that you need eye protection. They hurt like fuck. I shot myself in the foot two or three times and the marks stayed for over 6 months.

Me and some friends get together will all the older and younger kids in his neighborhood and have airsoft wars in the street and the woods behind his house. It used to be really fun when we all had $20 pistols, but most of the spoiled (or kids who saved up their life's money) got $100-$200 rifles and shit, it isn't quite as fun anymore.

EDIT: I just realized the guy a few posts above me already mentioned them, d'oh.
