Damn this is another area that companies really need to account for. There should be macros enabled controllers for persons who need them. Good luck finding the manual. I know this might be costly, but I wonder if one of the custom stick builders out there would be able to tackle something like this. You should check out shoryuken.com and see if anything like this is possible, they deal with fighting games and alot of the people there make arcade sticks of all kinds.

I found a German copy on a German website (http://www.interact-europe.de/) called SpeedLink. I asked them in an email if they had an English copy, and it took them a couple of weeks to respond, but they sent me the English manual.
