I'm sure my dad does have it. He's overweight and never exercises and his father had it too. My dad does sleep on his side though, doesn't do a damn bit of good.

My coworker wears one. I went on the road with the guy and he pulled out that contraption. I called him Darth for a couple months afterwards.


I had dated a girl that kept a fan blowing in her room to drowned out other noises. It really works well and I did it for years after I broke up with her. He should give that a try.
