Yeh probably, but they'd need six months of paperwork behind a plan like that first because they're so damn bureaucratic.
I bought some Sony speakers a few years back from an electronics department store, and it took me about 20 minutes after arriving at the cash desk to walk out with them, as I had to go to like three different floors in the store, filling out my name and address several times and signing loads of things. It was ridiculous.

Also if you are under 18, there is a 10.00pm curfew now which sucks since I'm going to a concert next week, so I don't know how I'm going to still go without getting a taxi or something.
