So, my boss is unable to load any pages that are SSL (https) on his computer. Every time an "https" URL is called, it gives a 404 error. This isn't confined to any one browser either. I've rebooted his machine, and ran spyware & virus scans. I am not seeing anything in the settings panel that would block out SSL pages.

This machine is one of 7 on the same network, and no one else has this problem. I don't want to reset the modem/hub/router unless absolutely needed.

Anyone have any ideas?
