I'm making my single mans thanksgiving dinner of surf & turf chicken and shrimp. Won't be able to go down and visit the family until tomorrow since I'm stuck with work...

Happy turkey day!

My mom went all out this year. We had:

- A huge ass turkey
- Mofongo (a style of fried plantain. Very Puerto Rican and oh so good!)
- candied yams
- jellied cramberry sauce
- wild rice
- hush puppies
- macaroni salad
- stuffing

All this and some NFL too! Tomorrow I go back to her house for the second round!
