    XBMC 2 has some nice stuff like the ability to parse ZIPs in addition to RARs, the ability to treat a DVD ISO as a real DVD, and an overall nicer interface.

    Also, youtube.

    I keep trying to upgrade my XBMC (I've got it set as my dash) but am having problems. I'll probably just have to set it as an app and run it that way for now

    Just do a fresh install. Or, if you insist of bringing over your settings, just erase everything except the User Settings folder.
