Old article from 1up. Appears that the game was, and most likely still is a rumour, probably just put up that section in their database in case the game is officially announced.

Speaking of things like this, it pisses me off to no end how sites like Gamespot / IGN / etc. make pages for games when they have not one bit of information on that game. They make the page, the page ends up being one of the top hits in Google when looking for information on that game, you go to their site, and there's jack crap on their page for the game.

Such an asshole thing to do.
