Thread: Howard Stern on Sirius

  1. Bwhaha holy shit!! I didn't think he could look more like a mess than he does now.

I caught the roast from Benji to Lisa Lampenelli. I agree for the most part with cow. Benji was hilariously awful. I thought Sal was just as brutal as previous roasts. Yucko did tank hard; it almost sounded like his horn was really grating into everyone.

Andy Dick is indeed a poor choice for a roast, but I think he was going to come in to promo his new book/album thing and they decided to run with it instead of just have him in. The jokes pretty much fell into 3 categories and that's it.

That's because no one knows shit about Andy Dick (or cares, for that matter). At least when they roast Stern Show regulars the comics and listeners know all their little nooks and crannies, so to speak.

  3. I couldn't stand Sal. He was just being a cock sucker and none of his material was funny. I really wish they would roast him next, I'd like to see them make him cry.

  4. Holy shit. Artie just announced that he's leaving the show, probably in January.

He had a huge on-air arguement with Howard earlier this morning and now saying he just can't take it anymore, is about to have a nervous breakdown, and needs to go to Europe for 6 months to "dry out"(?). Guess he's back on drugs again.

  5. After that segment yesterday, I knew it wouldn't be long. Then he went on the Wrap Up show and really said how he felt about it.

  6. Artie's a douche. It won't take him long to realize that his career banks heavily on the Stern show. Without it, his career will take a dive and he'll be on drugs and eating more than ever before. I predict death within 2 years of him leaving the show.

    IBTN

If Artie leaves the show, his career will dry up instantly. He's a fucking retard.

Did he learn nothing from Jackie's mistake?

    Totally.

He has zero career otherwise. Without it, he'd be Norm's fat friend from Dirty Work forever.

He's a self-destructive idiot. It'll suck without him because he injected some good humor and life into the show, but if he's going to be a baby, see ya later.

  9. The show will suck without Artie.

  10. Pretty much. I can't imagine them finding a replacement that would fit better than Artie.
