I think AvP was ruined by the fact that the action scenes that should have been the best part of the movie were shot terribly and came out a mess. Of course, the people did suck too, but Transformers already looks a bit better and I have higher hopes for it than that.

The real surprise standout was the fact that my local Walmart still had about 7 of the 20th anniversary edition super-ultra-mega-deluxe Prime, marked down to $45. Yeah, I'm gonna be going back for one of those after payday. Maybe two.
Fuck, that's still $105 here.

i'll agree the action was weak. here is a great idea, lets take two awesome monsters from two rated R movies and make a pg-13 movie. brilliant!
i'm keeping my expectations low on transformers, hopefully i can walk away pleasantly surprised.
Jazz had to go to Pontiac, cause VW/Porsche would not allow their illustrious cars to be involved in a "War Epic" movie.

Also cus GM signed a deal so all their cars are featured in the Movie. Plus VW bugs are ugly.
I watched the clip with a smile. the wait just got a little harder.
Also in a interview in i think Rocket i read if they make a Sequal they will introduce the dinobots and Soundwave. But thats along way off.
