Has this been annouced for US release? When previewed at the game shows last year, I was really interested in the concept of being forced to switch and play as your enemy on the fly.

I'm sure it will see a relase date soon for US and EU. The game cost something like 15 million to make if I'm not mistaken. No way are they gonna make that back in Japan only. But I guess it's too much to hope for a region-free game with english subs.Originally Posted by Videodrone
Interestingly enough, Microsoft left it up to the developers as to whether their games would be region free or not. So far, more are locked out than not, but there is still a chance.Originally Posted by J2d
Not when so far ever Japanese 360 game has been locked.

Really? I haven't kept up-to-date with the lists, but several of the US versions aren't locked. Odd.Originally Posted by Ammadeau
Not odd when you consider where the 360 is selling and where it isn't. I guess MS can squeeze in a few more Japanese 360 system sales from importers.

It was supposed to be a japanese launch title, with a delayed launch in the US to add Live support. But that was according to IGN, and it didn't make Jap launch, so who knows.

edit: Site mentions that it's a pre-order deal but some dude on another forum said it was showing up on live too.
