Today I turned in a shitty broken mp3 player that luckily I had the warranty for, and ended up getting a new ipod nano for 10 bucks with the warranty. It's great so far, I like the design. I'm sure it'll be a scratched mess a month from now tho.

God damnit, this fucking happens to everyone but me. If my shit breaks they give me the option of upgrading to a 1992 discman for an extra $17.00.

would it be worth it to get the 2 year warrenty? ive heard some people say they're like tanks, others having replaced them a couple times after only a year.

The warranty for the iPods are worth it, Apple has the best warranty system ever.

I don't think that it means that you can't return it under warranty, if it's broken they will fix it. It just means you can't do a return and get your money back.

Do they fix any of them? As far as I knew they just get you a new one, that's what they did for me when my battery was dying.

I think it would look better without an engraving but it's up to you.

I just got a nano today, and I think it's a much better idea to just get one without engraving. You should be getting a case for it anyway, and obviously you won't be seeing your engraving with the case on.
