Cell Phone Gaming?

I remember reading this thread back in the summer and I downloaded Doom RPG when I got a new Cell Phone last month because of it. I just now got into playing it and I am about half way through (finished green sector).

Anyhow, I went poking around their website and found the Union Aerospace Corporation website. http://www.UAC.com

It's nothing new to have a fake site (I love bees). But, I thought it was cool that they spent the time on it for a cell phone game.

Every game I download ends up being garbage. I do have to say though, that Maximum Snowboarding (or whatever its called) on VCAST is pretty fun, and not bad looking.

Taiko Drum master is really good, a little too easy, but one of the better cell phone games I have played. And typically the Splinter Cell games are really solid 2d steal action games. I always tend to buy those when they are released.

I just DL'd a Cell phone game that if anything else is pretty clever.

It's called 3D Tilt-a-World for V-Cast phones. More-or-less it's a 3D Marble Madness crossed with a bit of Monkeyball. Tilt the world to roll your ball to the goal. The cool thing is, you actually tilt the phone to make it work instead of using the keypad. I was scratching my head when I read the game's description because I'm pretty sure knomes didn't abduct my phone and upgrade it with tilt-sensors when I wasn't looking. But it turns out it uses the phone's camera. The game sees the camera data "move" as you tilt the phone and can interpret the direction from that. And it works! Very well too.

That is pretty clever. I tried it on a demo phone here in the store, but it is available for the VX8600 yet.

Bout the only games I've liked are Solitaire and Doom RPG.
I tried orcs and elves, but every once and a while it freezes on me.
Tetris got boring.
Military Madness takes too damn long (if it takes the computer more time to make a move than it does for me, there's a problem)
Years ago I had Castlevania and Might and Magic, they were complete crap.
I need to pick up an Ngage. I have forty games but no system. I want to try Pocket Kingdom.

When shitting I enjoy ZUMA (above all) followed by Tetris. Popeye (the arcade game) is actually fun since it requires little action... just run around collecting hearts and such. I downloaded Street Fighter 2 a while back (out of curiosity) and that sucks ass. Also, downloaded a family guy game out of curiosity and that was the worst (safe to assume my judgment on cell phone games sucks). I'm gonna listen to you guys and check out some Solitaire, Doom and I got a woody when I saw RC Pro Am on the cell phone!!!
