Can someone help me with adding my X360 gamercard to my sig?

I'm not quite sure how to get this done. I remember reading about it when it was first announced but I didn't have a 360 at the time and I can't find that info anywhere.

I had it that way at first, but then I saw other people with it the way I have it now. It's easier to see the games a person has the way I have it.
