Maybe they bought the rights from SEGA?
What SEGA dev team made this, a bunch of interns?

I'd like to know how this is legal.Burning Fists was an in-house project for Sega of Japan that originally started under the name Force Striker. The picture to the right is that of the original beta copy of the game. Both the Force Striker alpha and the Burning Fists beta were auctioned on eBay by an individual who obtained them from a former Sega of Japan employee. These are the only known official copies of the game in existence, as it was never released.

A horse, in a city, with a grey tail, ridden by a guy in flip flops and a kung fu uniforms, with a rope up his ass, connected to a kite with Captain Falcon on it. Right.
I only bring the issue up because their last game was a complete rip-off of Chu-Chu Rocket.Originally Posted by Bacon McShig

Seems like a shady company.
