    Gamecube had new IPs?

I like gothic-type settings and such, so this game sounds interesting at least.

Wrong. You don't move, the entire game takes place in one room and the enemies come to you.

All I can really think of is Pikmin and Eternal Darkness. So right now the Rev and GC are tied.

  5. And here Odama just came out this week. Add in Chibi Robo (which deserves a sequel) and we're up to four. The system is a powerhouse, I tell you.

  6. Baten Kaitos, Giftpia, Billy Hatcher, somre more I'm sure, I'm super-tired.

    [edit]: ah, monkey ball.

[edit2]: lotsa Capcom games I don't need to name.

  7. Hmm, I was actually thinking of exclusive franchises, so Pikmin and Baten are the only ones mentioned that I'd count, though I'd throw in Metroid Prime since it's so different from the previous games in the series. Even strictly IP, I wouldn't count anything that's shown up on the PS2, and even ED was meant for the N64 originally. Sadness is a pretty appropriate topic to talk about the Gamecube under it seems.

    Simple. It's on rails.

Black and white is fine if they stylize it like in Sin City.

Well I doubt you are always throwing ropes the entire game. The controller has a D-Pad on it that you could move with, while aiming/swinging with your own arm movements (or the trigger for attacking). Plus the nunchuck that has its own stick and button I believe, which could be used for movent/attacking.
    Barf! Barf! Barf!

World's first on-rails survival horror game.
    All is well.
