He claims the FCC has been arguing for Net Neutrality all along, but this court decision is forcing them to strike it down. Weird.

The courts struck down the half-assed compromise the FCC instituted after the original plan to regulate them as a telecom failed. To be fair, the courts were right to do that. It was a piece of shit, unworkable regulation.
That said. Nobody, including the ISPs, would dispute that the FCC has the power to regulate them as a telecom if they decided to. The ISPs have been lobbying against that.
