Some people also like to hold the book in there hands. I know I do. I also read them on the train and such on my way to school. Plus it's better for your eyes if you don't read it on the screen (but I guess no one would really cares about that).

Dude... Scanlations are for things that aren't out yet. This isn't something that's hard to find, and it isn't a ridiculous price.
