I just got back from a trip to Disney World. I think its overrated. Universal was better IMO. Though I only went to the MGM park which was ok and the Magic Kingdom Park which was boring.

Me and my girlfriend ran through both Studios: Ride the Movies, and IOA in less than a day. It's good and all but you need like a WEEK to even think of doing half the shit on Disney property. Burg is right, EPCOT ftw, imo.

Yea when we go its for an entire week. And I agree with Burgundy, Epcot is awesome, probably the best overall. MGM was pretty cool too just because they do the whole Star Wars Disney weekends and have actors from the movies come. One year I got autographs from Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett) and Steve Sansweet (Lucasfilm dude). It isn't too bad if you can avoid the dudes that come dressed as stormtroopers and such. Animal Kingdom isnt bad if youre into the whole exotic animal thing.

Indeed. I enjoyed that Safari thing, all the animals were actually out and about that day.

Maybe, but Disney Land is like 1/20th the size of ALL of WDW.

Also, POTC, and the subs are coming back to WDW, and the matterhorn is getting trumped by Expedition Everest. I also happen to love Space Mountain the way it is.

actually the subs arent comeing to wdw, there filled with 6 feet of cement. and potc at wdw is 10 mins shorter and not getting the same upgrade as disneyland.. oh hantunted mansion is also getting upgraded as well,.

Our Haunted Mansion is going down in I think... September for a rehab, they're looking to modernize it just a touch, with better effects, but same idea for the ride.
