Trouble with DC++

I'm having a problem with DC++. I cannot connect to anyone no matter what I do. I've changed my connection settings and even joined other rooms. Has anyone else been having this problem? If so, any advice?

Are you using a router?

Yeah but this wasn't a problem until a couple of weeks ago. I've been using a router for months.
