Essentially it's MMA without strikes to the head.
Some of these kids are really amazing, and I can't imagine how good they are going to be in ten years or so after training their entire lives.
I also love the fact that they are so good natured about it, they see it as a game, not the BS ego-driven "I'm so badass" mentality that so many "pro" fighters get into.
Some of you guys might get a kick (hey-oh!) out of it.
