This is the yell trick I mentioned earlier, except you have your yells and accumulates mixed up.

Yell raises your speed, Accumulate your attack power. Don't worry about using Accumulate, just keep Yelling. And you don't have to turn Ramza into a Squire for this battle (although it is a great class for him to take); just take the Guts skill.

I took Ramza into this battle as a Squire with Two Swords. By the end, Ramza's attack speed was so high I annihilated nearly the entire group with him alone.

Hahaha - I got stuck at the exact same part in FF Tactics. Had to restart the whole thing. On my second run through my characters were pumped & ready, and I pasted Wiegraf.

Ys 1 on my cellphone killed my ass. I'm the max level with all of the items at the last boss, but the game is vague as hell, so I have no idea what the fuck to do to kill this guy, I've tried everything.

Equip the silver set. Dark Fact can't be killed by anything else other than the silver sword. You should have been able to pick this info up from the books of Ys.

I had trouble with that part too I believe. I didnt want to waste hours to go through everything again so I did like Nameless suggested and "Gameshark"ed myself out of that spot. It hurt having to swallow my pride and do that, but there was no fucking way I wanted to go through everything again. Good Luck, Cow.
