1)This show owns. The cast is a perfect blend of old and new, with just the right mixture of Cpt Kirk, the smart guy from Stargate, Murphy Brown, and guest appearances by Magnum(motherfucking)P.I to keep it fresh.

2)The banter between characters and the characters themselves are completely fucking awesome. The court cases themselves are used as a way to bring up topical discussion into a tv show without taking anything away from the characters themselves, or their idiocyncrincies(sp?).

3)The first season DVD box set hit yesterday, go get that shit.

4)On what other show can you witness the power of Betty White calling James Spader a "douchebag" to his face(done with full bore poker face style seriousness)?

5)TL;DR(consider it a way of getting the junior highschool bullshit that goes on in this forum out of the way before this thread degenerates into a "your mom" joke)
