  2. Ugh, really? I was using the PS3, and just hitting the Top Menu button, which usually takes you to the main menu. I didn't try Chapter Skip. Okay, maybe unjustified rage then.

    I own both players so I don't care what comes out on what, as long as it looks good. In three years or whenever the new consoles come out and the players switch it'll matter to me, but we'll also have cheap multi-platform players by then. So yeah, I'm good.

    Best Buy has some of the worst prices on HD & Blu-Ray movies. They're typically exactly at the MSRP. So far I haven't found a B&M store that I'll buy new HD flicks from, online prices (mainly amazon) tend to be way better.

  7. So by now you've heard that Paramount has dropped support for Blu-ray right? Good, so has a notable Hollywood director. Michael Bay -- the man behind "Transformers," "Bad Boys," "Pear Harbor," etc. -- just threw down with Paramount in his personal blog. In a forum post titled "Paramount pisses me off!", he states, "I want people to see my movies in the best formats possible. For them to deny people who have Blu-ray sucks! They were progressive by having two formats. No Transformers 2 for me!"

    The best prices I have found (about 95% of the time) have been from target.com. While the targets around me have maybe 15 titles per format, I just print off the page for the movie I want and price match at CC or BB. Usually save around $5-$10 that way.
