why use the word anime? From the one pic that works, it looks more like an old school US comic (late 70s early 80s)

Well the concept art is just for communicating my character ideas. I want the series to be animated in an anime style like Ghost in the Shell SAC for example. So if I pitched my idea to a particular production team, the animators would use my sketches for reference. I would like to do a comic though, its just my technique needs a lot of work before I take on a such a project.
