I made these this past weekend for my niece's 10th birthday party. For some reason 3 days before the party I told my niece that I thought I could do this so I was then on the hook to make it happen. I spent just over an hour on each cake. It's easy to spot where I made errors and decided to hell with it. Anyway, I've posted the pic that I used as a reference. Doing pictures free hand with icing is a lot more of a mess than I thought it would be.

I really like the guy in the middle with the mace chain wrapped around his forearm, nice Dynamic pose.

One question though, why do the guys have hooves while the chick appears to have human feet?

Thanks! They actually all have human feet, but some of the footwear is drawn to look cloven. I'm sort-of limited on what poses I come up with, since the characters have to fit a card template, and everything's just full bodies at this point.

I drew this at work today on one of those yellow flippy-sticky pads. I didn't finish it, but I'm done with it.

Yeah, she loved it. It was sketchy there for a minute or two but it ended with a "mission accomplished".
