    The point is that this is an iPod issue, not an iTunes issue. You said iTunes will insert DRM when you rip a CD and it doesn't. They are two different issues. A disc ripped with CDex can still not be uploaded to another computer through an iPod, and a disc ripped with iTunes can still be sent to hundreds of friends with no issues and burned as many times as you want. iTunes is not the culprit, like you claim it is.

    Actually I didnt say anything will insert anything, I was just responding to Shidoshi's comment that the only DRM you will experence with the itunes/ipod setup is with the store, and I was pointing out that wasnt exactly true.
