"Starfy" spelling arguments ended at last. Now, I can rest.
I was looking for info on the developer of the GBA Starfy series and I came across this interesting gamasutra interview from a couple months ago I missed.

I find it fascinating that this developer has made over 1,100 games behind the scenes from 1979 to the present day. I know there have been many "stealth developers" in Japan, especially in the '80s, but this is an enormous number.
Does anyone know anything else about this company?

That's pretty interesting. I bet these dudes made Bases Loaded.

Cool interview, thanks Neo.
I hope they've added some challenge to Starfy 4, but I won't be holding any breath.

DO NOT take this list at face value. I don't think they actually developed all these (come on, Kid Icarus?). They may have only been involved in some small part.

Well, a huge number of the above games are simply ports, so it's probable.

Wow. The majority of that stuff is average (but not bad by ny means). However, the GBC DragonQuest III is absolutely mind blowing on a technical level.

If so, whoa.Super Princess Peach (NDS/Nintendo)
Biohazard 0 (GC/Capcom)
Sega GT Homologation Special (DC/Sega)
Metal Gear: Ghost Babel/Metal Gear Solid (GBC/Konami)
Super Princess Peach doesn't surprise me at all. It feels more like Starfy than a Mario game in the first place.
Resident Evil 0 was trash, so no surprise there either.
