Madden always outsold NFL2KX.
GameRankings reviews were always comparable between the two. And you frequently use GR scores to compare two games.
The NFL went to publishers and asked for exclusivity, not the other way around.
Maybe you should be pissed at Sega for dropping the ball on the franchise.
I bet tons of people will pay for this extended ad too. I bet EA will put this PPV special on a DVD and charge an extra $10 for the Madden 2007 special edition. Voila, stupid Madden fan boys will double dip and pay $70 for it on the 360. I know my friend would.
EA is smarter than us all in squeezing every last drop out of this franchise.

Madden is the most powerful franchise in videogames. This is not that much different from Nintendo using The Wizard as a commercial for SMB3, really.
