The Joker IMAX trailer is fucking unbelievable to see on the IMAX screen. I didn't doubt the director could get something good out of Ledger, but that was a perfect take on the villian's cunning and eviliness.

Ledger's Joker seriously won me over in the IMAX clip. The mussed clown makeup takes some getting used to, but his mannerisms are just perfect. And a salute to whoever designed the Bat-Pod.. I can't get over how awesome it looks in action. I'm anticipating this movie topping Begins in every facet.

also was that an homage to the 89 batman* or was it something from the comics with batman trying to run down the joker in the middle of the street but missing?

Yeah, this surprised me a lot. I didn't like the design, but come to think of it, I didn't like the tank-ish Batmobile until I saw it in action either.

Seven months seems so far away to get a trailer like this now. I wonder if theres any reshoots left, I saw an interview with Heath saying he was "done".

Thats another thing, its so hard to recognize Heath Ledger in that role. He isn't playing the joker, he simply is the joker. Kudos.
