But... it's not geared towards anyone. I don't care what age the kid is, if they get a $70 shit-box like this for X-mas instead of a DS or PS2 or whatever (even those chintzy plug-n-play controllers look to be an improvement), I can't very well see them pumping their fist in the air.
The only people you could vaguely say it's geared towards are parents who don't know what the fuck their kids really want and mistakenly figure that one video game system is as good as any other.

Seriously. Even really little kids know what's up with consoles nowadays. They want PS3s and Xbox 360s. Getting the Hyperscan instead is like a kid asking for a Spiderman and getting one of those cheap knockoff "El Spider Man" figures they sell at flea markets.
