    a normal one goes for about 1-1.4k now. You'd drop the difference getting the thing fixed.

    That thing was still iffy. The zero fret was gone and one of the pick ups was dead.

    Also, you know, we're only seeing what it went for. Who knows how much his final bid was.

    That is one of the problems of new auction sites. Stupid tight wads that can't sell at the market value flock to them. Getting back that extra bit of money ebay would take isn't enough.
