BTW, this book Will teach you everything you need to know and so much more. Best book ever.
Yeh I've always done my own. Easy peasy Japanesey. Once you get it (ten minutes?) you'll never want anyone else to set your action or intonation again.
That said, I don't really fuck with nuts or saddles. Not because I couldn't possibly do it correctly. I just don't have spare nuts or saddles sitting around and there's usually not much time before the next show so I leave that to the professionals.

Went in to the shop to check on how my old Linden Ampeg b25 repair is progressing. These guys got it sounding exactly, and I do mean exactly, like it did before the car crash. I didn't think this was possible. I pick it up for real next week and I couldn't be happier.
After pirating it for pretty much a decade, I thought I'd bite the bullet and finally buy Reason. The newest version can do a lot more than the version I was using, you can pretty much do everything in it now. No regrets!
While packing I was made to realize I own 11 guitars in some form or another.
Boo, Hiss.
You made me count. 18.
I have four.
That's 1.3333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333 for each band.
I have 0 bands! My only excuse is that my wife is also a bass and guitar player.
Bands are hard. Band number three won't rock its first show for another three weeks and I already wonder how I'm going to do this. AW has three albums worth of material, Infinite Flux has two and Tiny Bones has one. And I need to know it all. I have to grow my brain somehow. Meth?
