That looks super nice. The blue is for sure a sexy color.
I finally met someone that seems to understand what I'm trying to do with music. We met last weekend for a beer and ended up hanging out for 3 hours. It's nice to be excited about playing.

Jammed for a few hours. This should work out just fine.

I'm becoming a couch noodler.
I've been a basement noodler for a decade now. It's super neat to trade ideas with someone - and for them to understand the vision.

Oh I can't imagine you having any problems finding like minds down there. Portland is a hotbed for weird 'metal' type outlandishness. BTW, if you get a chance to see band called Druden you should do it. They're a cut above.
Even here it's not super easy. The dude I've hooked up with says he's been trying to find someone for a good while. Saw The Body last night though. The audience seemed split on it, but I loved it.
Bought a Roland 404sx sampler. Has an onboard mic and can be used with batteries for field recording. Excited to make some trap beats to go under the noise stuff we've been doing. I really liked the Maschine I had a few years back, but being tied to a computer sucked.

Do you guys know anything about SGs? My brother has a 74 SG Special that I've absolutely fallen in love with, and I need to get my hands on something comparable. All the info I've found online says the 74 special came with mini humbuckers, but I'm pretty sure my brothers has P-90s. If I could find an Epiphone with similar pickups, I'd be a happy camper.
The modern Gibson model that comes with P90s is called an SG Classic. I had one that I stupidly sold to Shakey and man it was the BEST GIBSON EVER. Sometimes I am so dumb. But you could also step off the wheel and try an ESP (LTD) Viper 256P. It's like a 24 fret SG with P90s, only better and much much cheaper. Perhaps even less costly than an Epiphone with P90s. I use a nice red one in Tiny Bones and it sounds cool as fuck
