sounds interesting, althought honestly I've never tried a dogfish product. my freind was raving about the 120 IPA. I'll have to go to a giant liqour store to attempt finding that, my little hole in the wall discount store tends to carry only the stuff most people know by heart. And since I get out of work at 5 and places close at 6, that might be hard today. but thanks for the advice.

eh, the stuffs pretty good, but I think Svedka is a little better. I wanna go apeshit and get some GOOD shit today, gunna get some Bombay cuz I haven't had it in a while as well, might splurge on a bottle of Patron (the GOD of liqours).

Nothing can make tequila taste good. Not even Patron. My liquor store gave me a $45 bottle of some tequila for Cinco De Mayo, and it still tastes like shitty Cuervo.

Back to the vodka... no Kettle One? Flavored Stolis. Orange is delicious. Or Jay-Z's Armadale which is one of the best vodkas you'll ever drink.

(but I'm still an Absolut lover at heart and whenever I ask for a vodka drink at a bar, i'll specifically ask for either Absolut, its flavored vodkas are great imo, even though I know everyone here hates em. If i'm getting flavored vodka, it's always Stoli or Absolut)

Stoli is great flavored or not. The Stoli vanil in coke tastes exactly like vanilla coke. Unfortunately it is the gayest. Also, Van Gogh makes a great vodka. Their espresso and double espresso flavors are great but the simple unflavored is fantastic.

about tequila, I'm sorry you can't hack it , it's like candy to me. the Jay-Z vodka sounds interesting, although I would hate supporting anything the jiggaman does, and I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you, but Absolut is shit. I've never had a worse vodka in my life imo. Give me fuckin Skoal over absolut.

I've always wanted to try cabo, but then I remember that it's $50 for basically 2 drinks worth for me. I don't need to spend $50 for 2 drinks. and Sammy Hagar makes it, nuff said. and 1800 was my favorite when I was 19, then I found Patron, and there just is no comparison. and take a shot of Rasputin and tell me it's for girls... when you wake up.

I've looked at the Van Gogh and wanted to try it badly, but again, it was pricey and I wasn't lookin for too much at that point. Might try the unflavored today, if it's smooth the bottle will be gone tonight.

Jay-Z only bought the rights to the vodka, it was around before he bought it and nothing has changed. It really is that good though.

As for Absolut, everyone always tells me its shit, but I just love a screwdriver with their Mandarin and tropicana Tangerine. It's such a distinct taste. Also, who the fuck else makes a kurant flavored vodka?

a screwdriver with the right oj is good with any vodka, flavored or not. I just find Absolut to be incredibly dry and kinda putrid. I remember buying a 750 ml of the Mandarin like 2 years ago, taking a shot, and giving the rest to my brother. I was not pleased, cuz it's advertised as like this amazing alcohol, and it's not the cheapest (although its not a bad price), but I really couldn't get into it. I have a feeling that if I tried getting drunk off it I might vomit a few shots in. And who the hell cares about kurant flavored vodka?
