It was known for some time, but we now have a name and some preliminary information courtesy of Famitsu.
Fantasy RPG with realtime battles, the transition from field and battle is seamless, and support for online that has yet to be revealed.

Too bad I kind of hate the initial character designs I've seen for this. Hopefully it's more Valkyrie Profile and less Star Ocean.

Hasn't Tri-Ace had more Solo Crisis and Radiata Stories quality games than Valkyrie Profile quality? Possibly not but for whatever reason when I see their name i assume mediocrity.
I have a high level of uninterest in this game.
