New Members Making Threads

So uh... how many posts do new members need before they can make a thread? Sorry if that information is in an obvious spot... I skimmed this thread, I looked at the FAQ, I asked a couple people, etc... couldn't seem to find out.

I assumed it would be ten, then maybe fifteen, then I figured it must be twenty.. but here I am and still can't post.
