I had some ultra-dark chocolate spiked with chiles not long ago. It's the old-school way to enjoy chocolate (and by "old school" I mean 2000-year old Mayan old school). Good stuff.

Milk chocolate is like watered-down beer. It became popular because it was cheaper to mass produce.

If you have a Qdoba in your area, I know they offer a Chicken Mole Burrito which is very good (but very rich and filling).
