Model D-83
The computer volume is stuck. It can not be changed by the remote or the computer volume control. I've installed/rolled back every driver I could think of. Still volume = 24. Help pls.

delete and reinstall the sound device in device manager, and see if you've got more than 1 audio device mixer (eg; realtek hd audio mixer, directsound mixer, etc) installed (and if you do, cycle through those until the volume starts responding again)
