i tend to believe people put way too much thought into the application of thermal. just dont be a retard about it.


and sleeve, way to find out if the fan is spinning is to look at it. if you want actual rpm's you should be able to find it in the bios but a better guage is to use either motherboard monitor or speedfan.

I bought all this along with the Antec Nine Hundred and the EVGA 8800 GTS. With any luck, I'll have it put together over the weekend.

Yeah, I kinda figured that one.

anyway, I reapplied some thermal compound and the CPU's now running at 31 C, let's just see how it goes from here.

Yeah, I love Antecs, they're well built and look great.
