This is a copy of a topic I posted for the site administrators. I may not let you under the hood, but please let me know if you have any suggestions. I didn't notice anything about this on the vBulletin forums.
It seems to have started last week with someone complaining that he was greeted with a bunch of German text when he tried to start a poll. Now Aurora's Fight Club poll ended up in a Sound Off thread which itself has the same name and thread starter as a thread in Music Discussion.

This has happened all over the place. Start on the last page of Gaming Discussion or Sound Off and click on the threads with polls to see more examples. If you search for the same titles, you will see duplicates: one twin alive and well formed, one stillborn. What's going on here?
